A blend of solvents for use in EP420 primer and EV400 varnish according to directions on base. Shelf life is infinite in sealed container. Not affected by freezing. Gallons require hazardous material fees. Quarts and gallons must be sent UPS ground. Mix with 3 parts Poly Brush and 1 Part Reducer.
