| The flexible high temperature material makes it an excellent choice for any application that requires high conductive heat; temperatures in the range of 350-1200 degrees Fahrenheit. The highly reflective metallic surface of the material is capable of withstanding radiant temperatures up to 2000 degrees. Install using standard rivets with a backup washer or weather strip adhesive. Use clamps to hold in place, may be cut with scissors and applied with silicone spray adhesive. When used as a heat shield, barrier is installed so the bright metallic surface faces the heat source. When using to retain heat such as exhaust manifolds, install fabric side facing heat. |
