OIL DRAIN VALVE ULTRA LOW PROFILE = Only 5/8 inch height. Lowest Profile Available; No more oily mess! This high quality quick drain is engineered just for the very tight clearance between the oil pan and the retracted nose gear strut in the Lancair IV series aircraft with Continental engines. Simply replace the stock drain plug at your next oil change. Drains through a 3/8 inch i.d. tubing directly into your waste oil container; also makes oil sampling a snap! 5/8 X 18 threads; steel and brass construction. Includes protective dust cover and separate draining cap onto which the tubing connects. Works well in other applications with 5/8 X 18 drain pan threads also. ( Field approval required for certified aircraft such as Cessna, Piper ). Made in USA
